Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 21 June 2026

We want NEXERA PXM to work for everyone. This statement describes our accessibility commitment, the conformance standard we target, the measures we have taken, known limitations, and how to give us feedback.

1. Our commitment

DEED B.V. is committed to making the NEXERA PXM website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build, in line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the goals it sets for digital products and services.

2. Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines, published by the W3C, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments.

3. Conformance status

NEXERA PXM is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to close the remaining gaps, and we review our progress regularly.

4. Measures taken

To support accessibility, we have taken the following measures across our site:

  • Semantic HTML structure with meaningful headings, landmarks and labels.
  • Full keyboard navigation, so the site can be operated without a mouse.
  • A "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, reducing or removing non-essential animation.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.

5. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are aware of the following and are working to improve them:

  • Some third-party embeds (for example, demo videos and external widgets) may not fully meet our accessibility standard, as we do not control their underlying code.
  • Captions and contrast in the optional light theme are still being refined and improved.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know so we can address it.

6. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of NEXERA PXM. If you experience any difficulty, or have a suggestion for improvement, please contact us:

Email: hello@nexerapxm.com

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within approximately 5 business days.
