11-tab detail view · Variants · Completeness · Audit trail

One product record.
Zero guesswork.

PIM is the core of NEXERA. Every SKU, variant, attribute, price and translation lives in one structured record with eleven tabs, not eleven tools. Completeness scoring tells you exactly what each channel still needs. The audit trail remembers who changed what, and lets you roll it back.

11 tabs on one product detail view
30+ attribute types, grouped in reusable sets
4 locales per field · EN, NL, DE, FR
100% of changes logged, diffed and reversible
Why a PIM at all

A spreadsheet is
not a product
model.

Rows and columns can't hold a product. Variants explode into duplicated lines, translations live in copies of copies, and nobody knows which file is current. The day a channel rejects your upload, you find out which cells were wrong, one rejection at a time.

NEXERA models products the way commerce actually works: one canonical record, variants as first-class citizens, attributes typed and validated at entry, locales side by side on every field. The channels read from the model. The model is never wrong twice.

Completeness scoring

Know what's missing
before the channel
tells you.

Every channel defines its own required fields. NEXERA scores each product against every connected channel in real time: Shopify might be at 100% while Bol.com waits on one delivery code. Filter the catalog by gap, fix in bulk, and watch the bars fill.

  • Per-channel rules: required fields, formats, image minimums
  • Catalog-wide gap filters: "show every product missing DE copy"
  • Push gates: incomplete products simply don't go out

The attribute model

Typed at entry.
Valid by construction.

Thirty-plus attribute types, grouped into reusable sets per category. A jacket asks for waterproofing in millimeters. A lamp asks for lumen. A chair never asks for either. Bad data can't get in, so it never has to come out.

Variants & bulk generation

Pick the axes.
The matrix builds
itself.

Define your option axes once (color, size, material) and generate the full variant matrix in one step: SKU patterns applied, EAN slots reserved, prices inherited with per-variant overrides. Add a colorway next season and only the new cells are created.

  • SKU pattern templates: brand-model-color-size
  • Variant-level price, stock and barcode overrides
  • Images inherit by attribute, the olive shot lands on every olive size
Lifecycle & audit trail

Draft to published,
witnessed the
whole way.

Products move through an explicit lifecycle: draft, review, published, archived. Role-based gates decide who can promote. Every field change is logged with the author, the timestamp, the before and the after. Published something wrong? Roll it back to any point.

  • Role-gated transitions: editors draft, managers publish
  • Field-level diffs on every save
  • One-click rollback to any prior state

Import & bulk edit

Your old spreadsheet,
imported in one
afternoon.

Drop a CSV or XLSX, map columns to attributes visually, and run a dry-run preview before anything is written. Coming from Akeneo or a legacy PIM? The mapper handles their exports too. After import, bulk edit thousands of products with find-and-replace and formula rules.

  • Visual column mapper with saved mapping templates
  • Dry-run: every error listed before a single row is written
  • Bulk edit: set, find-and-replace, formulas across a filter

Compared to the usual suspects

More than a sheet.
Lighter than legacy.

Spreadsheets are fast until they're wrong. Legacy PIMs are right until the invoice. NEXERA is the structured model without the implementation project.
